Fully qualified through Nordic Walking UK, our Nordic Walking Instructors will teach you the correct technique

By simply adding poles and a certain technique to your walking routine, you can experience health benefits beyond your wildest dreams.

You can burn up to 46% more calories than by doing normal walking, and, even though your body is working harder, we promise it does not feel like more of an effort.

Nordic Walking is an endurance activity that offers a full body workout by using over 90% of all muscles at once.
